Bill’s house provides reduced cost housing for up to 4 people in a fully furnished house in a residential neighborhood near downtown Greensboro, close to UNCG, Greensboro College, and Elon Law School.
Who is Eligible to Stay at Bill’s House?

Researchers
Fellows
Visiting Faculty
International, from foreign countries, visiting or enrolled.
Resident must have an established connection with one of the 6 Greensboro academic institutions.
IFGI may select American citizens if there is space available after international placements are made.
Criteria for Selection
At Bill’s House, we strive to provide a fair, equitable, and transparent selection process for admission to our residential housing for international students and faculty at Greensboro’s colleges and universities.
We maintain an open and ongoing communication with applicants throughout the selection process, keeping them informed about the status of their application and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
